Humanity is a peer-reviewed academic journal which focuses on human rights, humanitarianism, and development in the modern world. Contributions come from the fields of anthropology, law, literature, history, philosophy, and politics. The journal is published biannually by the University of Pennsylvania Press. The first issue appeared in October 2010, with a second to follow in April 2011. The current editor in chief is Samuel Moyn (Columbia University).
